5 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF RENTAL, ALL RENTERS MUST SUBMIT TO THE FACILITY RENTALS OFFICE

  • A current copy of the certificate of insurance - Click here for insurance requirements
  • Payment
    • Online - Visa and Mastercard - follow the link here to access your account
    • In person - Debit, exact cash, cheque, Visa and Mastercard
      • The District Education Centre is located at 14033 92 Avenue, Surrey, BC V3V 0B7. 
      • Check in at reception upon arrival
    • Mail - Cheque 
      • Payable to School District No. 36 (Surrey)
      • Attention: Facility Rentals
      • Include the license number on the memo line
