Facility Rentals

The Facility Rentals Department is located on the first floor of the District Education Centre (14033-92 Avenue, Surrey, BC). We coordinate the usage of district facilities and grounds when they are used outside of instructional time for both internal district use and external community use. 

Examples of the booking types we typically look after (but are not limited to):

  • Weekly evening rentals 
  • Weekend bookings 
  • After school programs (programs starting directly after the last bell)
  • Licensed child care services
  • Commercial filming/photography

Except for the Bell Performing Arts Theatre, all rental requests for school district facilities and grounds are handled by the Facility Rentals Department.

If you are interested in submitting a rental request, please create an account through our online booking portal – follow the link here - and submit your application for space a minimum of 15 business days prior to your requested start date.
