Required Documents
Prior to your rental request being approved, groups will be required to provide a copy of their liability insurance and non-profit certificate (if applicable).
Non-Profit Certificate/Society Number:
Registered non-profit organizations wishing to receive the non-profit rate will be required to provide a copy of their non-profit certificate or society number. This document can be sent to rentals@surreyschools.ca
Insurance Requirements:
Renters without limiting their obligations or liabilities and at their own expense will be required to provide and maintain Comprehensive General Liability insurance.
Groups can purchase insurance through any insurance broker licensed in British Columbia including EventPolicy.ca
