Availability & How to Book

Availability:

Groups may check the availability of space through our online booking system. Photos of facilities may also be available through the booking system where possible.

A list of district schools maybe found here. Or use our geographical boundary map to locate a school in the area in which you would like to rent.

How to Book Space:

To submit a request to rent space, please create an account through our online booking system and submit your application for space a minimum of 15 business days prior to your requested start date.
Rental licenses are made available to user groups for a maximum period of one school year from September to June (excluding winter/spring/summer breaks and statutory holidays).
Separate requests must be submitted for bookings over school closures including weekends additional fees for security and custodial services may apply.
Once your application is submitted, a member of the Facility Rentals Dept. will be in touch to gather any additional documents that may be required (Insurance, Non-Profit Certificates if applicable, Payment). As each request is unique in nature, we are unable to provide timelines on when applications will be approved, but we will be in touch as soon as there is any updates we can provide

Fields:

The Surrey School District makes available a selection of Irrigated, Non-Irrigated and All-Weather Gravel Fields available for community users to rent. Not all elementary fields are available for rental.
