| The Surrey Board of Education believes that all reasonable steps should be taken to maximize the use of its buildings and grounds at the lowest possible cost and risk of damage or wear and tear. To achieve the board’s objectives, the secretary-treasurer will implement appropriate programs to provide protection of its assets and resources, and to ensure the safety of students, staff and community users. |
