Fun ways to keep your family cool throughout July and August

As many of us get out to enjoy the summer weather during July and August, it’s important to be mindful of staying safe and cool. Thankfully, there are plenty of free and accessible options around Surrey and White Rock to beat the summer heat. From pools, to spray parks, to libraries and more, check out some of the options for chilling around town with the whole family: 

Outdoor Pools

In White Rock, Memorial Park also features a Splash Zone water feature for families to stay cool along the waterfront.

Libraries 

Always a great go-to spot for families and youth, the libraries around Surrey and White Rock have a variety of free and exciting events and programs going on throughout the summer.
