Accomplishments and Initiatives:

  • Hands-on, resource-based mathematics, providing a concrete base for an improved understanding of mathematical concepts
  • Grouping Instruction to meet the needs of learners in Grade 6/7
  • Use of common assessment in fall and the spring to measure growth in numeracy
  • Use of Learning improvement Funds to support numeracy in Grade Seven
