Study/Flex Blocks
This year, Lord Tweedsmuir Secondary has implemented an Extended Day Bell Schedule. Numerous students will have a Study Block and/or a “Flex” Block in the middle of the day.
With this, we need to ensure that our school remains focused on learning and instruction, with minimal distractions outside classrooms. Students on Study/Flex blocks are asked to follow these expectations.
- Please ensure that our hallways are kept clear and quiet during instructional time. Classroom instruction cannot be interrupted.
- Students are encouraged to work quietly in the cafeteria or the library (If library seating is available. Please note that library seating is limited and reserved for classes.)
- Senior students on Study and/or Flex blocks are also permitted to leave the school during this time.
