The BC government offers a subsidy called the Affordable Childcare Benefit (ACCB). This subsidy is means-tested, which means families must apply and declare their income. 

If families believe they qualify, the childcare operator will complete a small portion of the application and the family will complete the rest. Please inquire with the childcare operator for more information about this process and for assistance.

Locating a Licensed Childcare Facility

If families require assistance locating a Licensed childcare provider, Child Care Options (CCRR) is a community based non-profit dedicated to helping families find available spaces. They have staff who can also assist with the ACCB application in multiple language.
