Our office hours are from 8:00am - 3:45pm.

To reach the main school office, please call 604-574-4141.  

Press "1" to report a student absence.

Press "0" to speak to the office.  

Reporting School Closure Information

From time to time classes may have to be cancelled temporarily for various reasons. 

Parents are advised to listen to radio stations CKNW (dial 980 AM) News 1130 (dial 1130 AM) or CBC (dial 690 AM) for information about the cancellation of classes.

Student Absence Reporting

If your child will be absent or late, please email williamwatsonabsentee@surreyschools.ca or phone the school at 604-574-4141. 

Press "1" for reporting a student absence.  Please make sure to include your child(ren)'s first and last names and the reason for their absence.

Messages can be left at any time of day or night! 

Planning a Vacation 

If your child will be going on a vacation for longer than 10 school days, please contact the school office to request an "Extended Absence Form."
