Password Resets

Password Resets 

For password resets, please email ENVR-Portal@surreyschools.ca.  In the subject line of your email, please specify Family Portal Reset OR Student Portal Reset.  In the body of your email, please include the student's full name, pupil number and date of birth.  


Please Note: This is not an automated reset process; school staff will process all requests during regular business hours.  There may be a delay if your email request comes from a different email address than the one we already have on file, or if you have not provided all required information.
