Information Technology
Welcome to Information Technology!
Information Technology students at Enver Creek will explore the use of tools and electronic devices that allow us to create, explore, transform, and express, and communicate information. Students will learn new skills such as computer coding/programming with an emphasis on game development in order to develop an understanding of computational thinking and computer science. Students will also use various tools to help them create and manipulate images to be used for web-based applications and websites. Students will learn how to ask good questions, construct meaning out of information, and present their findings- all using various digital tools. Students will also approach topics such as cloud computing, computer maintenance and troubleshooting with an emphasis on digital literacy and digital citizenship.
