Low Arousal De-Escalation Training (LAT)

Course Description:

The Low Arousal approach enables school staff to deal with and manage challenging behaviour. This training empowers a staff member to focus on the ‘student’ involved in the situation and identify the causes, stresses and triggers of the challenging behaviour.
