Career Centre Assistant
A Career Centre Assistant supports and promotes the delivery of career education programs and courses as a member of the Career Education Team within a secondary school. This course is designed to introduce students to the dynamic world of career education and to provide them with the skills and knowledge required to be an effective career centre assistant. After completing the Career Centre Assistant training you will have the required course needed to be a Career Centre Assistant in the Surrey School District. This training is available to current Surrey Schools employees only.
Next Course: June 30 and July 02, 03, 04 from 8:30am to 3:30pm (2025 - In person at DEC)
Registration fee $50 (non refundable)
Tuition $750 (Payment will be taken after the review of your application)
Entrance Requirements
1. You must be a current Surrey Schools staff member
2. Ability to type 35 words per minute (done here). Please attach a copy of your test result with your application (screenshot or scan)
