About Us

Records Management is responsible for the Surrey School District's records including both physical and digital records.  Records Management provides guidance implementing the Records Classification Manual, managing retention schedules, facilitating retrieval of information and destruction of district records.  Records Management has a crucial role supporting the District's transparency, efficiency and regulatory compliance with Canadian Federal and Provincial Legislations, Board Policies and Procedures.
