Registration information for students who are new to Surrey Schools
If you’re new to Surrey Schools, you can register for the 2022-23 school year online, anytime!
Surrey and White Rock continue to be desirable places for families to live, with an estimated 900 new students expected to enter Surrey School District public schools this fall.
Online registration for elementary schools, secondary schools and learning centres is currently open.
Check HERE for a list of schools. If you are not sure which school your child should attend, a boundary map is available HERE, or you may enter your address in School Locator to determine your catchment area.
If you have any questions or require assistance, please contact your neighbourhood school. Staff will be available by phone during the following times prior to school starting:
- Secondary schools - Aug. 22 to Sept. 2 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Elementary schools - Aug. 29 to Sept. 2 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Surrey also has five learning centre sites that offer personalized opportunities for students in Grade 10-12 to work toward meeting their graduation requirements in a supportive, flexible, individualized and timely way. Contact your local learning centre site for further registration information. Staff will be available at our five learning centres beginning Aug. 29.
Secondary students may register for our online learning options with SAIL (Surrey Academy of Innovative Learning) anytime at sailacademy.ca
