New Student Registration

If your child is NEW to Holly or to the Surrey School District, you will need to bring the following documentation: 

• Birth Certificate or Permanent Residence Card
• Proof of Address (e.g. phone bill)
• Immunization Record (if possible)
• Parent's Proof of Citizenship
