Scholastic Book Fair - April 15 - 17

Hello Colebrook Families, 

The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to Colebrook from April 15-17!!

We need your help to make it not only a success but just possible! Volunteer opportunities are available for parents to assist in various roles during the fair. Your support  is needed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for students and families.

Volunteer Roles:

• Cashier: Assist with collecting payments for book orders.
• Greeter: Welcome families and help guide them through the fair.
• Exit Monitor: Ensure that all items have been paid for before students leave the fair.
• Sales Assistant: Help students with book selections and manage sales.

Expected responsibilities:

• Limiting room to 10 students at a time to ensure safety and a smooth shopping experience.
• Kindly only allowing students who are purchasing to enter, as all students have already had the opportunity to browse the fair.
• Help manage the flow of traffic with distinct entrance and exit doors.
• Stamp posters with a PAID stamp to track completed purchases.
• Pre-orders: Assist with taking and organizing pre-orders.
• There will be no refunds or exchanges allowed for purchases.
