Registration Terms and Conditions
Please read the following Summer Learning 2026 Secondary online registration information carefully.
COURSE REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION:
- Students 19+ years old as of July 1, 2026 are considered as adult students. Any Adult students registering on this online registration system will be removed from the course. Please visit Adult Learners for adult registration details.
- Students WHO have GRADUATED as of July 1, 2026 are considered as adult students. Any Adult students registering on this online registration system will be removed from the course. Please visit Grade 12 Students for adult registration details.
- P.E.N. (Personal Education Number) is a 9-digit number. If you don’t know your P.E.N., please click Here to find your P.E.N.
- Registrations are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All courses and sections are subject to enrolment, staffing and Board approval.
- Courses with insufficient enrolment may be cancelled and registrants notified through email.
COURSE CONFIRMATION EMAIL:
Course confirmation is by email, please ensure that:
- The email address you provide is valid and entered correctly on this form
- You have regular access to that email address
- You mark messages from @surreyschools.ca as safe in your email provider
- You regularly check your junk folder to ensure that emails are not being redirected there inadvertently
Surrey Schools is not responsible for undelivered correspondence.
Upon successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent. This email will contain a link and an 8-digit password necessary for making changes to your registration, should you wish to do so. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please request one by sending your PEN, Name, Date of Birth, and Course Information to SummerLearning@surreyschools.ca
WITHDRAWAL / COURSE CHANGE POLICY:
- If you are withdrawing prior to June 21, 2026 at 11:59 pm, please use your registration confirmation email link and the 8-digit password to process your withdrawal.
- If you are withdrawing between June 22 and June 26, 2026, please use the “Course Change / Withdrawal” link located on the Summer Learning website.
- All course changes or withdrawals after June 26, 2026 must be done in person on July 2, 2026, at the Summer Learning School location where your desired classes are being held.
BC MINISTRY OF EDUCATION FUNDING:
Funding from the BC Ministry of Education is available only for eligible BC residents. Tuition fee is required for all International fee-paying and Out of Province students.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:
- Regular attendance is mandatory for Summer Learning. Due to the accelerated and condensed format of these courses, extended absences or failure to participate consistently may result in a failing grade or removal from the course. Students should only register for Summer Learning if they are able to commit to full-time, daily attendance.
