Visitors/Parent Volunteers
All visitors and parent volunteers must sign in at the front office, wear a visitor tag while at the school and sign out when you leave.

Family Vacation - School Absences
Parents of K.B. Woodward students.  When planning to take a vacation for 7 days or less, please let your child’s teacher know and also call the school office at 604-588-5918.  When planning to take an extended family vacation, at least 5 days prior to your trip, please inform the teacher and go to the school office to complete an extended absence form.   

Please note that Surrey School District policy states that schools may hold a student’s space in a classroom for up to 25 consecutive school days.  Students who are absent for more than 25 consecutive school days risk losing their space if it is required for new students.  The school may deregister your child if the space is required for a new student.
