| Coding Club | Room 103, meetings at lunch | Coding Club aims to teach students the theory behind the programs and algorithms that power the modern world through engaging lessons and hands-on activities. | Couture Club | Location room 115, meeting time: Wednesday or Thursday at 10:45am for short meetings and 2:30 or 3:50 for longer meetings. TBD once we finalize members availability. | Couture Club provides students with a creative and inclusive space to explore sewing, fashion design, textiles, and personal expression while building connections within our school and wider community. Students will develop practical skills through creating, upcycling, repairing, and designing clothing and accessories, while exploring how fashion reflects culture and identity. | Cultural Diversity & Equity Club | Mondays at lunch in room D 201 | Cultural Diversity and Equity Club strives to recognize and celebrate the diversity that exists in the community, and uses the district Equity and Belonging calendar as well as student led initiatives to promote awareness of various cultural holidays and observances throughout the school year. | Helping Hands Club | Room D201 Every other Thursday at lunch | Helping Hands club is a school and community centered club, based on helping in school and out of school. Every last Thursday of the month, members visit a care home to work with senior residents and to build relationships and community. | Mock Trials Club | Mondays after school room 213 | Our club’s mandate is to encourage students to learn about the Canadian legal system in a fun and interactive manner, with an emphasis on simulated trials and courtroom procedure. | Model UN Club | Friday after school room 213 | Model United Nation will help students to understand international relations and global issues by simulating the work of the United Nations. Members represent different countries, research global topics, and collaborate to develop diplomatic solutions through debate and negotiation. | Robotics Competition Club | Meetings are Thursdays biweekly at lunch in room 102, or as announced on Teams. | To design, prototype, build, program, and test robots in preparation for competitions in the Surrey Robotics League. In meetings we plan for competitions, and delegate tasks. Work time is every day at lunch. Our club is at capacity for the semester, but we will start fresh and accept new members in second semester. | Sikh Awareness Club | Every other Wednesday room D 201 at lunch | Sikh Awareness club exists for students to build more in depth learning about Sikhi and also to build their Punjabi speaking skills. Various events are organized around the Sikh calendar such as Vaisakhi, Diwali and Gurpurab, where club members organize awareness for the school and engage in seva (service) by providing staff and students traditional Sikh background knowledge such as serving food and caring for all people in society. | Ms. Kambo |

| Wellness Club | Wedndesdays at lunch in Portable 4 | Wellness Club is a club that works to promote physical and mental wellbeing through community driven events and activities while also sharing a safe space for people to express themselves. | Youth as Changemakers | D 201 every other Friday at lunch | Youth as Changemakers is a district and school collaboration, which encourages students to use civic and school engagement to show leadership and make changes in their schools and communities. Social justice initiatives include championing racial equity, driving positive social impact and awareness campaigns, and using research and data to measure and drive their work. | Ms. Kambo |
| Youth Civic Action Club | D202, Friday, during lunch | Youth Civic Action Club is about learning how government works by actually working with real issues. Members will choose issues they care about, research the laws and policies connected to them, and look at what different levels of government are doing. After researching an issue, members will come up with their own proposals and discuss the possible effects of each solution. Projects could include looking into student rights, school policies, local community issues, youth services, and ways students can report concerns. The club will also teach students how to write a basic policy proposal, research reliable sources, understand how different levels of government work, and communicate their ideas clearly. | Mr. McCune |
