About Us

The Facility Rentals Department coordinates the usage of Surrey School District facilities and grounds outside of instructional hours for both internal district and community events. Organizations, businesses and individuals are welcome to submit their requests for use of School District space directly through the online booking portal. 

Bookings are accepted for a wide variety of events including weekly evening bookings, weekends, after school programs, licensed child care services, field rentals, overflow parking, motion picture productions and more! 

Various coordination is required prior to a request being confirmed. Submit your application early for consideration. Renters and prospective renters are not permitted to contact sites directly.
