Halloween Social 

The Coyote Creek PAC is holding a Halloween Social on Thursday, October 23rd, 2025. 

We will be holding two events:

Primary’s (Grade Kindergarten to Grade 3) from 2:30 PM - 3:45 PM

Intermediate (Grades 4 - 7) from 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM

There will be a Live DJ, concessions including treats and crazy bread, glow sticks for everyone, games, and much more!

The entry cost is $5.00, which can be purchased through the Hot Lunch Website.

If you bring a non-perishable food donation, you will be given a $2.00 concession voucher. 

Attendees are welcome to wear a Halloween Costume or Halloween Colours. 

Additional information:

Parents do not need to attend with their child, as supervision will be provided. However, if a parent/guardian wishes to attend, they will need to purchase a ticket for themselves, as our capacity is limited.

Primary students will be escorted to the gym safely, so they will not need to be picked up at the end of school. 

Tickets are limited, so buy today! 

All proceeds will go towards PAC-funded activities at our school. Please note, we cannot offer refunds once a ticket is purchased

Family Photo Fundraiser 

The Coyote Creek PAC is hosting a Family Photo Fundraiser from November 5th to November 7th at Coyote Creek Elementary School.  This is a great opportunity for affordable Family photos with 100% of the sitting fees going towards the school. Spaces are limited, so book today.

Each mini session is 10 minutes. The $20 sitting fee plus tax, which includes an 8x10 print of your choice. Additional prints and digital images can be purchased through an online gallery.

Fun Holiday Props Provided - Everyone is Welcome! (Sorry, no pets)

Each family booking is for 2 adults and children only.  The extended family, unfortunately, cannot fit into our backgrounds. You can book additional consecutive sessions for the extended family.

HT requires a Scent-Free environment for our staff. Personal care products such as cologne, perfume, aftershave lotions, scented lotions, fragranced hair products and/or similar products are not to be worn at the events.  We have an important staff member that is very sensitive to these products. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
