Permission Forms
Effective October 1, 2025, the District launched an updated Volunteer Driver Application forms, which now include:
- A requirement for a driver’s abstract (available through ICBC), and
- A Criminal Record Check (CRC).
Interim Process for Urgently Needed Volunteers
While the online CRC process is not yet operational, volunteers, including volunteer drivers, may obtain a Police Information Check (PIC) in person through their local police department. To ensure volunteers are not charged a fee, please use the volunteer letter on our school letterhead confirming the individual is volunteering. This temporary measure will remain in place until the online CRC process becomes available.
