Jump Rope for Heart

Hello Sunrise Ridge Families,

We are only one week away from our Jump Rope for Heart Jump-a-Thon on Thursday, May 11. Students will be jumping with their class outside for 30-minute sessions. This year, all fundraising for the Heart and Stroke Foundation is done online at https://jumpropeforheart.crowdchange.ca/19697 . This link will take you to our school page where you can register your student and start fundraising. Tax receipts for donations will be emailed directly to you. There are also thank-you gifts for threshold fundraising starting at $25. These thank-you prizes are given out via electronic gift cards from The Heart and Stroke Foundation. Our fundraising goal for this year is $2000, with our school getting 8% back after reaching $500. There will also be prizes for the top 5 student fundraisers at our school.

Other opportunities for students to win prizes include: participating in our mini jumps at recess next week and a scavenger hunt on Thursday at lunch.
