Student Safety Concern – Development East of Salish

Active development has begun on the properties east of Salish, including tree clearing and heavy equipment operation right beside the school.

Shortcut Closed: Students must immediately stop cutting through the private property east of the school. It is no longer safe.

Safe Routes: Please direct students to use the established sidewalks and roads at 72nd Avenue or 74th Avenue.

Drivers: Expect heavier traffic around these main roads due to the detour. 

Please leave extra time for your morning and afternoon drop-offs to keep everyone safe.
