Semester 2 Course Change Requests
With Semester 2 only 3 weeks away, we wanted to provide an opportunity for students to make necessary course change requests. Please keep in mind, changes will only be considered if they meet the following criteria:
• There is course in your schedule for which you have not completed the previous course (ex. a Math 11 and you have not completed a Math 10)
• Missing a requirement for Post-Secondary or Graduation
Changes will not be considered for the following reasons:
- Teacher preference
- Switching classes to be with friends
- Wanting to have a specific class in a specific block (since we may not offer that class in that block)
Students will have until Friday, January 24th at 4:00pm to make any requests by filling out this Course Change Request Form. Please do not directly message your counselor.
A note for all students, officially starting semester 2, Ms. Rai will be taking over Ms. Bolognese's alpha, while Ms. Bolognese will be working with specific students and groups. As well, LEAP students will now be counselled by their regular alpha counsellor.
A note for Grade 11 and 12 students taking a Grade 12 level course; there will be no changes to timetables after Friday, February 14th. Students will not be able to drop a class after this time.
