School Break Programs

The summer vacation provides a long break from the regular school routine. For students who thrive on or sometimes need that routine, Safe Schools offers programs to keep students active, fit and engaged. Safe Schools gives hundreds of students opportunities they would not normally be able to access.

Next 100 Years Kabaddi Camp

Surrey Schools pioneered the development of school sports Kabaddi league that encouraged participation of all in this traditional sport developed in India. The Next 100 Years Kabaddi Camp is a peer to peer mentorship program encouraging leadership development and physical literacy.

Each summer in July, high school aged students lead elementary students in sport specific training while providing role modelling and mentorship. This program is open to participants in the Next 100 Years program.
