Lifetouch orders

If you have placed an order online with Lifetouch for your child(ren) photo orders and were charged the $5.99 shipping charge, this was an error. There should have had an option to have your order shipped to the school for free. If you do want your order shipped to your home, there is a $5.99 shipping fee. When this error is fixed, it will give you the option to choose. This error should be fixed by Saturday, Dec 3rd. If you require a refund for this charge, please contact customer service at 1-866-457-8212. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
