All students are encouraged to try out for school teams. Information regarding try-outs and practice times will be given throughout the year.

Athletics
Our students are invited to participate in a variety of athletic activities throughout the school year. Some sports are school-based and some involve meets, games or play days with other Surrey schools at various locations.
We appreciate the ongoing support from our coaches, teachers, volunteers and parents as well as all our drivers!
LA Matheson has an active athletics program that enjoys a great deal of involvement by both students and teachers. Both individual and team sports are included in the program. The following is a list of intended school teams for the coming year:
