Parent-Teacher Conferences
Dear Families and Caregivers,
We are excited to invite you to our in-person Parent-Teacher Conferences at Kwantlen Park Secondary on Wednesday, March 11th, 2026. This is a wonderful opportunity to discuss your child’s progress and address any questions or concerns you may have.
Details:
- Date: Wednesday, March 11th, 2026
- Time: 2:30 - 5:30 pm
- Location: Kwantlen Park Secondary
- Booking: Families will be able to book online using the link below between Tuesday, March 3 at 3 pm to March 10th at 3 pm. Use the link below.
- Meeting Duration: 8 minutes per meeting
- Maximum Meetings: 6 meetings per child
- Note: Meetings cannot be scheduled back-to-back to allow time to move between classrooms.
- Parking: Unfortunately, due to construction, we have very limited parking at Kwantlen Park. Please only park in designated spots. There is additional parking a short walk away on 131a St. or at the parking lot at 104 Ave and Old Yale Road.
ELL Teacher Appointments (ELL teachers – Tina Kong, Katherine Mui, Kiyomi Okabe, Abby Jiang, Fan-Shun Lu, Bryn Smith):
- Scheduled Appointments: 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM (specific families will be contacted in advance with appointments)
- Drop-in Time: 4:30 - 5:30 PM (for families that do not have an appointment)
We have a very limited number of interpreters available. We encourage families to bring an English-speaking family member or friend to assist with communication as necessary. Additionally, you may consider using apps such as Google Translate to help facilitate conversations.
