Orange Shirt Day - Friday, September 29th

This year, Truth and Reconciliation Day falls on Saturday, September 30th.  In order for the George Greenaway Community to have an opportunity to honour, and recognize this important day, we will be holding Orange Shirt Day on Friday, September 29th.  

The motto for this day is "Every Child Matters".  This serves not only as a reminder that all children, regardless of background are important, but also as a commitment that we will do all we can every day to safeguard students' self-esteem and well-being.

To help recognize this day, Orange Shirts can be purchased online directly from Jay Dees Clothing for $10.00 each (tax incl.), with credit card or e-transfer by visiting www.jaydeesclothing.com/ecm2023.  Password: ECM2023.  *Please ensure you include your order # for e-transfer orders.  DEADLINE to submit orders has been extended to  FRIDAY, September 15th at noon.
