Student Learning Survey for Grades 10, 11 and 12 - Parents

Hello Parents and Guardians, 

This year the annual Student Learning Survey from the Ministry is requesting feed back from grade 10, 11 and 12 students and parents. Please find attached a letter from the ministry explaining the Survey.  We have included the link below for easy access. The survey is available in English, French and 16 other languages. The deadline for the Survey to be completed is May 2, 2025.  We will be sending information out to grade 10-12 students as well via the Firehawk App. Parents do not require a Logon #,  however for students it is their Personal Education Number (PEN) which they can find in MyEd.
