Immunization catch up

To the Parents/Guardians of Grade 8, 11 and 12 Students,

Nurses from Public Health are returning to Enver Creek Secondary on Tuesday April 29th to provide those students in grades 8, 11 and 12 who did not get their HPV vaccine at the last school immunization clinic the opportunity to get it now. Students will also be offered any other vaccines that they should have at this time. 

Students who are unable to make this school clinic, please visit, https://www.fraserhealth.ca/howtogetimmunized for information on how and where to get immunized near you.

The nurses will be on site at our library starting at 9:30 am until the end of the day. The office does not know the specific time your child will be called for their immunization.
