Justin Trudeau meets Don Christian students

On Friday morning, May 19th, Justin Trudeau visited the Don Christian Community Centre next door to Don Christian Elementary. He arrived at 9:45 and left at 10:45. This created quite a lot of excitement. We arranged for all of the students to line up along the fence separating the school property and the Don Christian Community Centre parking. At 10:45, when Justin came out of the community centre, we had the children sing O'Canada. Justin came over and finished singing with us. He then shook hands, high fived, signed autographs, and took pictures with many of the students and staff. It was a wonderful moment that the children will not soon forget.
