PROGRAM  DESCRIPTION

Culinary Arts – Professional Cook 1 is a SkilledTradesBC Program.

This 21 week program is delivered at Tamanawis Secondary School during the second semester of the school year. Upon completion of the program, students earn credit for five high school courses and Progressive Trades Level 1 Technical Training.

Applicants are required to have completed grade 10 and FoodSafe training.
